◆ The 18th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People’s Congress decided to accept < Anti-corruption Treaty of the United Nations >which was adopted at the 58th conference of the United Nations on October 31, 2003, and in the meantime, declared that: the People’s Republic of China would not be bound by Article 66, Section 2 of the < Anti-corruption Treaty of the United Nations >.
