Frank Sheng Attorney-at-law

    Lawyer sheng has studied in the economic department of the East China Institute of politics and law in shanghai from 1995 to 1999. He has majored in Civil law, Contract Law, the law about corporation, the finance law and the labor law etc. during the college. He has worked in the local court, the local procuratorial court and the local security bureau in summer and winter holidays. Mr. sheng has got the law bachelor degree when graduated from the institute in 1999 .
    Mr. Sheng has worked in the Bluesky Law Firm first in 1999 and then Sheng has good and deep understanding in civil law and commercial law, and is good at to deal with the corporation legal affairs and the industrial property legal affairs.
